Refund Policy
Because AigentDeploy is a digital download, all sales are generally final.

However, a refund may be considered within 7 days of purchase if:

• the product was not delivered
• the download link failed and could not be corrected
• the script does not function on the supported tested environment as described, and support is unable to resolve the issue

Refunds will not be issued for:

• unsupported server environments
• user configuration errors
• failure to follow the included setup steps
• change of mind after download
• incompatibility with systems outside the stated requirements
• third-party platform changes after purchase
