AigentDeploy™ License Aggreement

Effective Date: March 2026

AigentDeploy is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants a limited, non-transferable right to use the software utility and related documentation according to the license tier purchased.

1. Product Covered

This license applies to:

• AigentDeploy™ OpenClaw VPS Installer
• included documentation
• related uninstall script, if provided
• related download package and support materials

2. General License Terms

By purchasing or using AigentDeploy™, you agree to the following:

• you are purchasing a license to use the product, not ownership of the software
• your license is non-transferable unless expressly approved in writing
• redistribution, resale, sublicensing, reposting, or unauthorized sharing of the software or download materials is prohibited
• you may not claim AigentDeploy as your own product
• you may not remove branding, copyright notices, or license notices from the distributed materials unless expressly permitted in writing

3. License Tiers

SingleClaw License

One user, one VPS deployment. Home use.

Includes:

• use by one person
• installation on one VPS
• basic email support

Does not include:

• use across multiple VPS instances
• team use
• agency deployment
• client deployment rights

ChurchClaw License

One church office to reduce admin workload and streamline operations. Non-profit use.

Includes:

• internal use by one church office or ministry office
• one VPS deployment
• basic email support

Does not include:

• multi-office deployment
• commercial agency deployment
• sublicensing or public redistribution

MultiClaw License

Multi VPS deployments for consultants, SEO firms, and agencies. Small business use.

Includes:

• internal use across multiple VPS deployments
• use by consultants, small firms, or agencies for internal operations or client service delivery
• priority WhatsApp/Email support

Does not include:

• resale of the script itself
• public redistribution
• white-label resale without written permission

CorpClaw License

Corporate VPS deployment, development team, large scale network. Corporate use.

Includes:

• internal corporate deployment
• use by internal teams across multiple servers or environments
• priority WhatsApp/Email support

Does not include:

• resale of the script itself
• public reposting or redistribution
• transfer of the license to outside entities without written approval

GovClaw License

One internal license per ministry with broad institutional use rights. Government use.

Includes:

• internal institutional use by one ministry, department, or government office
• broad internal deployment rights within that licensed entity
• priority WhatsApp/Email support

Does not include:

• public redistribution
• use by unrelated outside agencies unless separately licensed
• resale or sublicensing

4. Permitted Use

You may use AigentDeploy only for lawful purposes on systems you are authorized to manage.

You are responsible for:

• server access
• VPS credentials
• firewall rules
• hosting environment
• local system setup
• third-party service credentials
• ongoing server security

5. Restrictions

You may not:

• redistribute the software package
• share direct download access with unauthorized users
• resell the script as a standalone product
• sublicense the software without written permission
• upload or repost the script publicly
• represent AigentDeploy as open source
• use the product in violation of applicable laws or regulations

6. Updates

Free updates may be provided at the discretion of AigentDeploy for the licensed version line.

Updates do not guarantee:

• compatibility with all future OpenClaw releases
• support for unsupported operating systems
• support for unsupported hosting environments
• custom development requests

7. Support

Support availability depends on the license tier purchased.

• SingleClaw and ChurchClaw: Basic Email Support
• MultiClaw, CorpClaw, and GovClaw: Priority WhatsApp/Email Support

Support is limited to the current tested release and documented workflow.

8. No Warranty

AigentDeploy is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Because this is a digital software utility used on self-managed systems, results may vary based on:

• server environment
• OS version
• third-party software changes
• hosting provider configuration
• user setup choices

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AigentDeploy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the product.

This includes, without limitation:

• lost profits
• lost data
• downtime
• failed deployments
• hosting issues
• third-party software changes
• security incidents caused by user configuration or external services

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the posted Refund Policy.

11. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, you must cease use of the product and destroy or delete all unauthorized copies in your possession or control.
